Hello. Since almost all my ideas are sourced from the Idea Thesaurus issues, I’ve continued upgrading it by making the following changes:

• Stock Buybacks Announcements: Added a "Buyback Type" column to indicate whether an authorization is new or additional.

• IPOs: Added a “Lead Underwriter” column.

• Insider Transactions: Updated criteria to at least $25k (previously $50k) and a minimum of one officer.

• Politician Trading: Lowered the minimum transaction value from $50k to $15k.

• Dividend Cuts & Suspensions: Replaced the “Previous” and “Current Dividend” columns with a new “% Decrease” column, and added a link to the relevant filing or announcement.

• Index Reconstitutions: Added links to the relevant announcements.

In addition, the following upgrades are under serious consideration for near-term inclusion:

• Expand Activist Investor Presence beyond 13D filings to include new cooperation agreements and proxy contest filings.

• Add relevant links to remaining sections.

• Start monitoring the following new screens:

  • Bankruptcy Filings

  • Bankruptcy Exits

  • Investor Day Announcements

  • Busted M&A Deals

  • Strategic Alternatives Announcements

  • Secondary Offerings

  • Listing Changes

  • Contingent Value Rights (CVRs)

  • Rights Offerings
